Negative: Too much noise at night! We heard every door being opened in the while sleeping making it impossible to sleep well. We even thought many times that someone had opened our door.

Positive: Location was absolutely perfect for us: right on the malecon, close to some some store and a nice walk along the water towards the town center. The staff was very kind and we absolutely looooved the breakfast! Very pleased with the service overall. Room was clean.
Negative: We had a room on the first floor. It was rather small and could use a bit of update... you can hear your neighbors through the walls including their alarm clock.
Summary: Loved the location on the malecon and the delicious breakfast!

Positive: location was good close to areas we wanted to see. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean but see below.
Negative: On the bad side, room felt dirty and damp, towels, sheets, blankets etc. maybe updating decor might help. As stated above pool was clean but area was so humid and hot, air cannot circulate needed to have an opening of sort so fresh air can circulate, we tried the pool but it was too stuffy.
