Positive: Hotel with Charm, they say. True. Beautiful room (suite with Ocean view) and great view of the bay. Plants everywhere and cool corners for a break from the sun. The breakfast was good, the bar was perfect for a drink at sunset. The location was great for us, next to lots of night activity.

Positive: The staff are very welcoming even though english was a barrier. The staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We had the family room. I had my my 1 year old son and partner and we stayed for 2 weeks. Staff were really good and friendly towards my son. The family room was spacious and clean. Honestly can't complain. Service was very good always. Also, felt safe with cameras all over the hotel and security are on site all the time. They also have a life guard by the pool. It was good experience overall.

Negative: This is just being picky but we didn't have a Do not disturb sign in the room. Pool beds are charged for the day for 3 euros.

Positive: Very pretty hotel and location. The sunsets at the restaurant were beautiful and the infinity pool into the ocean was a highlight. Reasonable price

Negative: My room was not very clean when I arrived and there was a window with no glass so the room never got very cold. I was also located right above the restaurant where they played live music so getting to sleep was challenging! The ocean surrounding the hotel had a lot of rocks and urchins so I didn’t really swim
