Summary: I enjoyed this hotel. I thought the customer service was great and the staff was very nice and helpful. I especially liked the doormen and the people that helped me get taxi cabs. I feel like they went above and beyond. The best thing about this hotel is the location it’s right downtown but it’s quiet where the hotel is but it’s like two blocks away from all the action so it’s an amazing location. The reason I gave it four stars is that I didn’t like that they charged to use the fitness center, usually, that’s included with the hotel so that was a little strange to me. Otherwise, I had no complaints. They brought a ton of water when we wanted it and I’m sure you’ll enjoy the breakfasts that they offer. I’m used to getting free breakfast with some of my hotel memberships so the breakfast was around $30. Also, they give a ton of amenities in their room that come with the bathroom stuff so that was really amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stay, it wasn’t crazily priced and it was very convenient!
