Summary: Requested room with a sea view, which it had from a roof window. But you could only see the view if you stood right in front of the window. Not worth the supplement. Plus the noise of the rain on the roof window woke you up during the night. The bathroom was compact but refurbished and was very good. Room was old fashioned and tired. Would not stay again.

Summary: When we arrived I had to wait at reception for a while as there wasn’t anyone in attendance. There seemed to be only one person who did everything. The toilet in our room was badly stained in the bottom and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. I complained to the person on the desk and showed her a photo I had taken. She said she would go and clean it whilst we were out. When we returned it had been cleaned but was still dirty at the back which was visible. The following morning I took a shower, I closed the sliding door fully. When I looked down, the water had completely overflowed and saturated the bathroom floor and seeped out onto the bedroom carpet, so much so we had to use all of the towels to soak it up. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told to send an email.

Summary: A practical hotel next to the beach. This is a good option for an overnight stop to rest during a trip to/from the UK. Wake up to a good breakfast and the sound of the sea, then continue your journey. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Summary: Hotel Opal'Inn is just across the street from the beach, which allows for a beautiful view directly from your room if you book one with a Sea View. The balcony in our room allowed us to enjoy a quiet drink looking out onto the beach. The rooms are compact but functional, affordable & clean. All the members of staff I dealt with were very friendly. Although we didn't need it, the breakfast option was also available for a great price.
