Summary: The receptionists were helpful and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. It had an easy to use walkin shower. Toiletries were provided. There is a restaurant/cafeteria in the hotel. I only had breakfast which was adequate. .

Summary: We have stayed here before. It is close to The ferry port. It is also close to the railway station for a trip into Bilbao

Summary: This hotel had a nice room in good condition. The property was clean and well kept. There’s parking in the basement and surface parking on 2 sides of the building. The hotel has a restaurant which we were unable to use due to closed dates. There are restaurants in the area but parking is at a premium and walking on the road (no sidewalks) is an adventure. Finding an open restaurant with parking was our biggest challenge. The hotel has an attached gas station and convenience store.

Summary: We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and nice. It smelled like smoke around reception, which we did not like, but the rest of the hotel was not that way. There was a convenience store and cafeteria nearby which was nice. It was fairly close to the metro stop, which was good as it is pretty far from the center of Bilbao. The parking was also convenient and included, which we appreciated!
