Positive: Convenient for the location and to visit San Pietro; Trastevere; Fontanone and Bocca della verità. Convenient to reach other places in Rome because it is served by metro. Slow room renovation (also in the afternoon) Good and varied breakfast. Good general hygiene.

Negative: During our stay, they asked us to rate them 10 out of 10. However, we hadn’t even checked out yet and still had one more night to stay, so I felt like they were pushing us to give a perfect score. Dinner in the restaurant was average; the pasta was too salty, and the cutlery was always a bit dirty.

Positive: The hotel is located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood of Rome, clean and safe, about 500–600 m from the Vatican Museum. The rooms are not large, but they are equipped with everything you need, including an iron and ironing board (quite rare for a 3-star hotel, and we travel quite a lot). We especially appreciated that the room was cleaned daily, sanitized, and even the towels were changed almost every day. We had a duplex consisting of two rooms, one for the children and one for us, with a hallway and a bathroom. The furniture is new, the rooms are tall, and the air conditioning was excellent (top marks for that). The staff is very hospitable, warm people, always ready to help. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace with a view of the dome of St. Peter’s Basilica, where we loved to sit in the evening, to relax after a full day of walking around Rome (at least 20,000 steps daily). The hotel restaurant is good, with decent prices; we had lunch there when we arrived and even dinner on two evenings. Around the hotel there are terraces, shops, and a public market—we didn’t miss anything. It is close to two metro stations, Ottaviano and Cipro (500–600 m away). Overall, everything was fine, and we gave it the highest rating because it truly was a successful stay.
Negative: I have nothing to complain about. I would recommend diversifying the breakfast a bit—it was a little difficult to see the same things every morning, but we managed, and there was always enough. The coffee was excellent! Thank you.

Positive: Amazing hotel, the most serviceable and polite staff in a very quiet and elegant area, 10 minutes from Vatican Museums. Our quadruple room was actually two connecting rooms, spotlessly clean with all the amenities you can imagine, including a mini bar and an iron. The rooms were very comfortable in a very satisfying size compared to hotels in Rome, always fresh with nice decoration and good quality/plenty of bath products. We had chosen the half board option, which turned out to be the best solution in order to save money and time after exhausting walking in Rome. The breakfast was awesome in buffet style with a very good selection of sweet and salty products. The dinners were served at the table and there were four dishes that you could choose always between two choices. The staff as I mentioned was above the highest expectations always willing to help or to give valuable advice on how to get around. They even printed our entrance tickets for our tour, which was great! We thank the front desk a lot and the young lady Julia who was working very hard to offer top service! Definitely we are coming back to our next trip in Rome!

Positive: Amazing property. Very close to Vatican City. The front desk staff were the best. Great breakfast. They also made us a take away breakfast form our early train ride. Will book again.
