Positive: Balance between infrastructure created and maximum possible number of guests. Simple : care about each guest as individual/ person! There are more nearby offers with similar facilities in Sovata who fail on this important aspect. Dedicated and professional staff. Great experience, not the first one, we will comeback

Positive: Very nice, cosy, clean and warm hotel, the room was very well designed and comfortable. The staff is very nice, the SPA is clean and relaxing, especially when there is natural light and sunny in the morning. Breakfast is good.

Negative: I wish that there was a jaccuzzi in the spa area. Also my husband booked a massage and was disappointed with that service. Some of the meals/beverages from the menu a la carte are missing and what we ordered as the main course was not so good. Not bad, but not what we expected. The soups although were good.

Positive: Very nice hotel in a renovated villa. Staff is very helpful and kind. Hassle-free parking (pre-registered license plate). Breakfast is exceptional, with local food selections. Spacious and spotless room with amazing balcony and view. Location also very good: close to the lake and to the center. We also tried the dinner (ala carte) and that was also great, good selection of wine and food.

Negative: Check out time could be a bit later (eg. 11am) instead of 10. Although wellness is great, saunas were cold (heating in progress) in the morning at opening time.
