Positive: Very close to the centre. Good value for money. Breakfast was okay. Speed wifi. Hot water working. Clean place. Friendly staff and arranged a taxi to the airport when requested.
Negative: Huge noise from its own restaurant disturbed our sleep. Guests were talking loudly even at 10 pm. Maybe bcs it's a Sunday. However, our room was not sound proof.
