Positive: Pool is nice but very dangerous. Lots of sharp tiles, we saw two children cut while we were here for two days. No safety around pool whatsoever. Andrew at the bar was amazing, very helpful with directions and accommodating for our young baby.

Positive: The hotel is in a wonderful location in the overlooked Colle di Val D'Elsa. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool, with beverage service, was a great space to relax after a morning of touring Tuscany. The parking was simple and convenient and the breakfast was plentiful. There are a number of very good restaurants very close or within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. Just make a reservation a day or two ahead and enjoy!
Negative: This is a minor point, but the coffee in the urn was instant and not very good. The alternative is to ask the staff for a espresso or cappuccino and the problem was easily solved.

Positive: Very good hotel. The view from the room was fantastic. I recommend it.
Negative: Small parking lot. I had to park the car in another parking lot (a few blocks away).

Positive: Everything - beautiful hotel, big rooms, air con, clean, modern, great pool and spa and the staff are wonderful. I had one of the best massages - ask for Julie 😊 - after a week of hard gravel bike riding! And private room for our bikes too!!
Negative: Our room didn't have a view...but only there for one night so weren't overly concerned.
