Positive: Nice view of the ocean with lots of windows! Comfortable bed and nice living room with refrigerator. Thankfully, they provided drinking water. Wonderful included breakfast at local restaurant close by. Very helpful front desk staff!

Negative: There was a cooktop, which would have been convenient for a meal or two, but the few pans provided were in horrible condition.

Positive: Very nice and cozy hotel, well equipped, clean, perfect location, nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was also very good in the near restaurant Bella Vista, where is an interesting ambiance. We loved our stay in Bocas town.

Negative: Everything was fine.

Positive: This is a very small boutique hotel with, I think, no more than 20 rooms, which makes the whole experience feel very cozy. The staff remembered us, were very friendly, and chatted with us on every available occasion, but I think that’s just how Panamanians are. After letting them know that we were staying there for my partner’s birthday, we received an upgrade to one of the Luxury Suites located on the very top (3rd floor), with a view of a port where, three times a day, you could see the ferry loading and unloading, which definitely added to the local experience.

Negative: The elevator was very small, and breakfast was served in a nearby restaurant, which was not necessarily bad, but I didn’t feel like walking 200 meters in the rain one of the days of our stay, and the choice wasn’t that great.

Summary: Way better, than one expected.

Positive: Everything! What a great hotel in a great location! We had a Queen Deluxe room which I thoroughly recommend with a great view. It was so spacious. And the staff were lovely, particularly our check-in lady (Hercilia)! Right opposite the boat trip company - everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay!

Negative: Nothing, apart from we think there was a crack in the bathroom sink which was leaking water onto the floor. Apart from that, everything was great!

Summary: Loved it! Thoroughly recommend!

Positive: The bed was very comfortable. There is a water dispenser on every level. The view from the room great, we had ocean view room at the back so it was quiet. The reception was friendly. We were able to leave our luggage over night as we went on a overnight adventure. Breakfast at Buena Vista (off site) had a good selection.

Negative: The design of the bathroom was quite poor. No shower door nor curtain and the faucet for the washbasin is too long. Both of which cause the bathroom to have water everywhere evrytime we use it even when just washing hands!

Positive: We stayed in a ground floor economy room, that I think was in a newer building detached from the main building (shared a courtyard). The room was large and comfortable with a desk. Everything new. Very quiet. The bed stated queen, but I think it was more of a UK King (between US full/queen). Fridge and coffee maker in the room. The included breakfast was outstanding, in a nearby restaurant that they also own (great happy hour too). Good location, but on the quieter end of town. You can walk the full length in about 10min. Liked that they had a water refill station. Good wifi.

Positive: The staff were friendly. We had breakfast included which as at the Buena Vista Restaurant just down the street. The breakfast options were good. We booked 2 nights in the Deluxe Queen Suite as it was myself, partner, toddler, and mother. The beds were comfy and the view of the water was nice. The hotel is situated on the outer end of Bocas Town so still very walkable and not far from the airport. We enjoyed our stay.

Negative: There weren't many negatives from our perspective.
