Positive: We went in May, during low season, so they relocate us to their sister hotel Reuti. It was just next to it and they honoured all my initial booking perks. The view of the balcony was amazing. Beds super comfy. Bathroom was very beautiful and shower warm. Dinner was very tasty. Not expensive for Switzerland.
Negative: Breakfast was good, but didn't have much variety I guess for being low season. We stayed only one night and around 09:00 as I was in the shower, and my partner asleep in bed, someone walked into the room (?cleaning). I couldn't see who it was but I alerted the reception to this and they weren't really able to explain it, apologetic, but no explanation. Just thought it was a bit strange.

Positive: Great location at the bottom of the slopes with good facilities. Particularly enjoyed the kid's playroom and wholesome food in the restaurant.
Negative: Parking, while included, is limited and it can be very challenging to get a good spot when you arrive in the afternoon as all are taken by early morning skiiers. Room humidity was also very low.
Summary: Well located, cosy hotel in the mountains.

Positive: Absolutely great location!! Not over crowded and touristy like grindelwald. The views from the room and restaurant were amazing! Soo nice to walk across the street to hop on the gondola to the top of the mountain or down into the town. Wished we had stayed in this location longer.

Positive: We had a comfort room, there was a fridge and electric kettle (no tea or coffee), there were enough outlets. The room was spacious, and modern, with kitchen-like area (there are counters and sink, but no cooking option). Sleeping was just fabulous - medium firm mattress, very soft and large blankets. The view is of course fantastic. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Free tickets for Bergenbahn. There were bowls and 2 mats for the dog. Welcome treatoes were already awaiting in the bowls upon arrival 🥰 Breakfast was very ordinary. I'd really recommend lunch menu (available on weekdays until 2pm), I found it even more delicious than the main menu, and it's also cheaper.
Negative: Hanging shower curtain that sticks to you when you shower 🙈 But really nothing else to complain about in the 'comfort' category room (keeping in mind it's a 3 star😉). The hotel renovates standard rooms, so it will only get better 😊
