Summary: The hotel is nice - the bed was comfortable and the shower, hot. The rating would have been better if they did not: (1) make the bed without asking me, (2) take a towel from the room and it took most an hour to get it replaced and (3) say that the restaurant is open from 10am to 10pm but no one was there when we arrived at 1pm. The staff is friendly but seem to be overworked.

Summary: We felt as though the property over-promised but under-delivered? Yes, it has a lot of amenities like a sauna and pool, but if you're travelling to Cusco for sightseeing you will likely never use those. Furthermore, housekeeping was a little lax, and while the place was clean, there were definitely cracks here and there. Also, we had a jacuzzi in our room, but as soon as we turned it out, the water smelled so foul that we decided not to use it. Not a bad place to stay but probably wouldn't recommend either.

Summary: Book the stay!! This was the best stay I’ve ever had! From the massages ($25 usd or 90 soles) to AMAZING food, to the inside pool, the sauna, to the staff, everything was flawless!

Summary: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had heating. Pool was extremely cold and hot tub was not working properly. Area was clean and seemed safe.

Summary: I wanted a property that hit my checklist. Comfortable bed, cold room with A/C, a hot shower, safety, and pleasant appearance- this hotel did that. The location was ok; a taxi ride took you to wherever you wanted to go. This hotel works, and I recommend it to anyone. It also had a breakfast, a bar with cocktails, and room service. I was delighted.
