Summary: Huge rooms, clean space, quiet residential area, great shower pressure, 5 mins slight downhill stroll to Provenza....7mins back. Staff was helpful, breakfast was enough. I would definitely stay there again. Hotel arrange tour with maxtour company that mostly caters to Spanish speaking tourist. Our tour guide switching to english just to speak to to us 2, in a group of 40 took away from getting the full experience. I heard so many english only tour groups along the way and felt instant regret in my group.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, helpful staff and great location! Would stay here again on our next trip to Medellin. It was very easy to arrange airport transfers and the drivers communicated in advance thru WhatsApp and sent vehicle photo with license plate. Breakfast was included with our rooms and was a nice buffet with made to order eggs. The room was also very quiet.

Summary: Hotel was a typical South American hotel in that it was in desperate need of modern upgrades as well as general updates to paint, furniture, blinds that clearly show wear and tear. Staff was very helpful, if you do not speak Spanish you will struggle as majority of staff does not speak English. Wifi really struggled, especially when streaming from the TVs. Rooms were also not clean, we found cockroaches in the drawers and multiple cracked/dirty/pealing paint and damaged fixtures that need attention especially in a suite. The breakfast was extremely good and you can't beat the location.

Summary: Property was very upscale clean. The restaurant downstairs had delicious breakfast is that included in the room rate. Very convenient location with restaurants and shops close by. I had a very enjoyable stay.

Summary: Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room and hotel was very clean and beautiful. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel restaurant was beautiful and staff very helpful and friendly and to food was top quality. Definitely going to stay there next time we are in Colombia. Didn't want to leave.
