Positive: During our stay, there was an accident that caused a water outage, but they provided bottled water and breakfast despite the water outage, and they did their best to accommodate us.

Positive: Oni who greeted us was lovely. It was very close to shops and restaurants

Negative: We had two bedrooms. One on the first floor which was lovely though furniture needed a bit of an update. The other was on the second floor and was not very good at all. There were bare wires where a light should have been in the bathroom, pipe work showing where a cover had come off the wall in the bathroom, an old hot water tank on the wall above the toilet, shower hose that was attached to the wall with nails. Very poor indeed. Obviously not renovated yet and really shouldn’t be letting the room out. The breakfast consisted of orange juice, tea/coffee, two fried eggs with a slice of tomato and cucumber and cheese. Bread with marmalade & honey. No butter! It was a shame as the family were lovely.
