Summary: The television in our room was not working for the duration of our stay (five days!) and they did nothing about it. Unstable wi-fi on our floor.

Summary: Staff were great but no AC/fan whatsoever in the room. Noisy street outside, until at least 3:30 in the morning.

Summary: We stayed here for our honeymoon for 4 nights the largest room which is called as the superior room was advertised at 230 sqft when we got to the room it was much much smaller than expected. The second largest room is also smaller than the sqft advertised. The property is in a great location the staff are nice. The train station is a 10 min walk from the hotel which is an added perk

Summary: The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment which we were aware of. We were allocated a room that had been refurbished however, one of the new electrical sockets was not working and the brand new TV had internet access but not aerial plugged in. Anyway the room and bathroom were lovely, very modern and stylish. There were free coffees and croissants in the reception. The location is great and we were able to walk every where. In 2 months I'm sure it will be perfect.

Summary: Clean, well decorated room. I slept great here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a very cool bar area downstairs by the lobby that I would have loved to hang out in if I had more time. Highly recommend.

Summary: When arrived, we were given room key card. Got to the room and it had not been cleaned from previous users. Went to receptionist who didn't acknowledge or apologise for this, and just gave a new room. Location of hotel is great, service could be better.

Summary: We weren’t happy with the people that work there. They seemed very fake and it made us uncomfortable. We waited in the waiting area for our room after a long travel day so we were resting while we had to wait for our room since they didn’t have early check in, one of the owners (I assume) kept creeping into the room where my brother was laying down many times I should’ve spoken up and said something but it made me uncomfortable and upset. It was just rude. And all of a sudden, a man we hadn’t spoken to said our room was ready which was fine but it was giving they wanted us out of the waiting room. We would never stay here again.
