Summary: The room was big (family room). The breakfast was ok. I am not sure how many old buildings they put together to make this hotel; maybe around 7. And between each, a set of stairs- not a problem for most people. But when you come with kids in a trolley, not very fun. Easy to use parking behind the hotel. Think I paid 100 Dkr.

Summary: Old hotel, with lot of stairs and one single elevator that seems to be from before WW1…No air-conditioning which made it extremely hot in the room and almost impossible to sleep. Guess it’s not a problem during winter, but it sure is during summer. Tv in the room, but only 2 channels.., Average breakfast. Central location and parking was easy.

Summary: Great breakfast. Was excited to stay at Phoenix again as that is an old favourite with great memories for me, I always used to find it very nice and with a premium feel, hence chose it now. It feels aged and the wall to wall carpet was loose at many points and the overall feeling was not fresh and how I used to find it 10 years ago. Great staff and wonderful breakfast though
