Summary: We loved our night at Hotel Phillips. We had minor issues getting into our room, and staff was prompt in getting us situated. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was perfect for staying in for dinner. Just what we needed after a week in the road.

Summary: I had an issue getting the outside lock to work every time. Inside no issue but the tenants were fantastic help. It made the stay very welcoming and comfortable.

Summary: Room was excellent, with Kitchen, and was very clean. So quiet we never heard a sound all night, and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was as advertised, but was bare minimum (could have been a few more choices). We enjoyed our stay very much, recommend highly.

Summary: Foyer was beautiful, floors were beautifully shined! Our room was large, comfortable, clean and looked just like the pictures. It seemed as tho there was some staff available during tornado warning where directed to the basement and at the continental breakfast altho without identification. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Phillips!
