Positive: It was the perfect location for our bear hike tour in the mountains. The staff were very polite and kind. Our hike finished after the restaurant had closed and when we returned they sat us down and brought out a bunch of food for us from the kitchen! We also forgot our plug adaptors so they would charge our devices for us. We very much appreciated this!! There was one male that was exceptional but I didn’t catch his name - I hope he is recognised for being so fantastic! (If management see this, he’s the one who did a lot of the translating for us, sourced us the fan, and got us our late night dinner - THANK YOU)

Negative: I hate to say it, but it was the worst nights sleep we have ever had. The bed itself was so uncomfortable and there wasn’t any working AC so we had to ask for a fan from somewhere. This was such a shame because I booked this for my partners 30th birthday and had booked a ‘more luxurious’ hotel to recover in after the hike as a bit of a treat rather than staying in an air BnB but don’t feel like the cost matched the experience appropriately.

Summary: Perfect location for Bear Hiking, excellent staff but terrible nights sleep!

Positive: The area is absolutely great. No other resorts. Rooms are small but vlean and comfortable. Food is absolutely great. Wellness in permont is absolutely great too.Close to Strbske Pleso skiing.

Negative: Gym in permont is old and a lot of equipment broken.

Summary: Fantastic area, food and wellness. Great time.
