Positive: Good central location between train station and old town Renovated interior Nice breakfast room (incl oatmilk) They let us check in early
Negative: The price (we paid 255.- for one night) is definitely too high for what you (don‘t) get. There are no extras whatsoever in the room (slippers, minibar, etc.). Just a capsule coffee machine (but no decaf or tea). The reception is often times closed. The pillows are almost flat. There is no kettle and when we asked for one in the restaurant (there was no one at reception), we had to wait 5-10 minutes and then were just told: no. we also weren’t offered any hot water that they could give us for the room (we needed it for some tea as we were a bit sick). The sink is in the main room, and not in the bathroom - very strange and inconvenient especially at night. There was no one at reception at 10am when we wanted to check out and ask if we could leave our stuff at the hotel in the afternoon and also our car. So we had to find different parking. No open lounge area.

Positive: Great location, clean and very comfortable room. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.
Negative: Staff were not overly friendly or helpful, but simply doing their jobs. This was especially evident in the restaurant which was also a little disappointing and somewhat overpriced compared to other restaurants in Andermatt.
Summary: Would stay again for room and location, but not for the restaurant.
