Summary: The hotel needs to provide better pillows and finds a solution about the shower because the water getting outside the shower in front of the toilet.

Summary: Fantastic location in the heart of seongsu! You can walk everywhere from here. Room is basic with nice shower gel and shampoo. Kettle and mini fridge are available. I stayed for 1+2 days and appreciate the great location.

Summary: Great location in the heart of the buzz so it’s walkable everywhere. Check in was quick and easy. Didn’t realize the AC remote was in the TV remote but front desk staff speaks English so it was easy to solve. Starbucks next door and many eateries and shops

Summary: We booked 2 rooms for a family trip, as a graduation gift to our son and his girlfriend. The hotel is perfectly situated!!! Walking distance to great coffee (Swallow), boutiques, 7-11, amazing katsu, and the biggest Olive Young store!! The rooms were very clean and the products were very good (on par, if not better than Aesop).
