Summary: Last time we stayed there was not hot water at night. This time there was, however, there was no hot water in the morning! Staff talks to me as if I am 5 years old to explain its my fault.

Summary: I had a late night check in due to a late flight. The gentleman handling the desk got me checked in quickly and offered to help with luggage. This hotel has no elevators, so people traveling with a ton of luggage or people that have trouble with stairs should take that into account. The room was very clean, with all the basic amenities you’d expect to see at a good hotel, plus cute decor. It was perfect for a one-night sleep before a cruise sailing.

Summary: Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Major negative is lack of elevators - we had to carry heavy suitcases upstairs with no help.

Summary: There is no elevator- keep that in mind when booking. The room itself was clean. The beds were decently comfortable. The main issue we had was that we were given only 1 wash cloth for 4 people. When we asked the front desk for more, we were told that there were no more.

Summary: Very quaint, quiet little hotel only a short walk away from Miracle Mile. Excellent location. The rooms are basic but very clean and have some local character. The beds are firm but comfy. Great A/C. All around good experience and you cannot beat it for the price!

Summary: It is a small vintage property, but It is a great value proposition. Centrally located in the heart of Coral Gables, pristine clean with comfortable beds, hot water and silent air conditioning. TV, small refrigerator and coffee in room.
