Summary: Checkout is early, latest by 10.00. And if you check out right after breakfast, you can no longer borrow the bicycle, despite the 500€ waiver you just signed and the fact that the bicycle was reserved for you until noon.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and included breakfast. We would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Lake Maggiore but stay in a quieter town than Stresa.

Summary: Had a lovely stay got a room upgrade with a lake view and balcony, lovely room view was amazing. Great breakfast eaten on the balcony looking out over the lake. Would definitely recommend and return. Staff were very pleasant and attentive.

Summary: The Hitel Ponti was extremely modern and clean for Europe. We were sad we didn’t have more time in the area, but we had needed a place to stay before catching our flight the next morning in Milan. It was located across the street from Lake Maggiore, in such a quaint and beautiful little city. It accommodated our family of 5 adults very comfortably. The beds were a little hard, but the rest was clean and nice

Summary: Great location, very friendly staff, very clean and quiet. Lovely breakfast on 3rd floor with balcony overlooking the lake. The room we had was on the smaller side but bathroom was big with large shower.
