Summary: My room looked rather dated and the fact that the reception already closed at 7pm wasn't great, but it was one of the cheapest offers in this part of Cluj. A load party right under my window kept me up one night.

Summary: Overall ok.. Room was relatively cleen but no AC and despite on web it said it would have a private balcony they put me in a room with no balcony. I was there for one night only so this was fine otherwise would have been dissapointed...
