Summary: Staff (one person) nice, help with luggage to the third floor as there are NO elevators. Only 3 tight parking spots in front of the hotel, so if you arrived late you'll find no parking, and look for a spot on the street within 100 yards radius No free breakfast either.

Summary: Interesting Hotel. At check-in the Clerk (owner maybe) was very friendly, but neither he nor his wife spoke English. Two story hotel with no lift, they helped carry my bag to the second floor. Carpets needed cleaning. The hand towel and bath mat were both damp. Room was comfortable and both windows had screens to let the cool breeze in and keep the bugs out and the WiFi provided good connectivity. The young man who worked the night shift was also very friendly and spoke excellent English. I didn't have breakfast as I departed at 0400 for the airport. Probably will not stay there again if I'm back in Sibiu, Romania.
