Positive: Unfortunately bed was very uncomfortable Not sufficient pillows. No English explaination on how to use or welcome us to the Hotel and only found fridge 2 days before we left. We had dinner one night in the diningroom and other than the salad buffet the food was not good. Dining area was well decorated with the yellow buttercup table cloths, pretty. Clean too. The bed cover was synthetic and uncomfortable as well. Very dull and did not add colour to a very plain room Very small basic room with nowhere to sit other than on the bed. More like a hostel room. Toilet, shower, floor cleaned well. Cleaner did a good job and was efficient and courteous. Breakfast not inspiring, Westerners, do not each all the pastries and cakes. Eggs cold. Same old. Same old. Wooden disposable spoon and knife were very difficult to cut anything. It took reception 3 days to make us feel welcome. Which was a pity as 1st impressions are the most important.

Positive: Staff polite and helpful Hotel very clean. Thank you cleaning staff Breakfast ok Catered for disabled

Negative: No information on fitness centre or area Restaurant evening meal was poor quality as was the service. Outdoor space could be made into a nicer area.

Positive: Very friendly and efficient staff at the front desk. Michela was always willing to help and provide us with excellent recommendations. The hotel rooms and main area were always very clean. The beach was perfect and easily accessible. Having the designated umbrella and lounge chair was also very convenient. Overall excellent property in a perfect location. Look forward to visiting again soon.
