Positive: I booked one of the smallest rooms for a one-night stay for a Winter Olympics competition. The hotel is nice but definitely a classic mountain lodge. It's comfortable and cozy. Since I was in and out for the competition, I did not get a chance to enjoy the complimentary breakfast or wellness facilities--but it's nice the hotel has these amenities to offer!

Negative: I wish my room was bigger!

Positive: The hospitality and kindness of all the staff members were exceptional. This small and cozy hotel is perfectly situated, offering lovely views from both sides and convenient access to the ski bus station and Carosello cable car. The room and bathroom were comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and well-prepared four-course supper. The hotel also features a well-equipped and comfortable ski room.

Negative: The sauna is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped, though the temperature in the rest area was slightly high. Unfortunately (as is common in many hotels), some guests do not fully appreciate the intended purpose and meditative nature of a sauna.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

Positive: nice hotel in a popular resort town. I liked the vibe here, room was nice, hotel quiet and breakfast fine. I paid for underground carpark, but probably no necessary as there is free surface parking behind the hotel anyway.
