Positive: One of the best 4 star hotels I visited . Rooms and spotless and beds are confortabile. Big bathroom and shower. Great wifi connection. Decent breakfast.

Negative: Staff at the reception could be more amiable. We felt them quite reluctant .

Positive: One of the front of house staff were unfriendly which makes for a poor experience. The rest were friendly.

Negative: Smoking near the pool made it very uncomfortable to be near the pool.
