Summary: The whole hotel needs to be renovated and put up-to-date. For a lower price, it would be OK but for the price level you would not expect 30 year old carpets in the room

Summary: Spacious room, nice view of, and walking access to, some serene wetlands along the river. Good breakfast. Several very good restaurants within walking distance. Across the river from the main part of Valdivia, so traffic was a litle less crazy in the immediate area.

Summary: I haven't had the breakfast yet. I've only just checked in. The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and professional. Stunning location bedroom faces the river from above and it was a gorgeous sunset. Now expecting a fantastic dining experience at Botanica!
