Positive: The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel is attractively decorated

Negative: In the morning there was a lot of heavy machinery on the street and the noise was awful

Positive: This place is always nice and people are very friendly. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. It is the only place I stay when I come to visit. This was about the 10th time I stay here in the las 2 years.

Negative: The hotel is literally five minute drive from the airport. When you ask for a shuttle you pay per person which is significantly more than the locals. For the price you pay you would expect a shuttle service (literally five minute drive). They also charge per person and then try to fit you with other people. The driver of the van is earning a lot of money with this shuttle

Positive: Beautiful hotel with a very nice pool. Big rooms, and very good AC. The people are super friendly and helpful. I stayed here in total for one week. Price quality was it is just perfect! It is just out of Flores (10 min walk to Flores).
