Positive: We love Hôtel Quintessence and this is our fourth year in a row coming back in the winter and we’ll continue to make it a family tradition. This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are amazing, particularly for our little family and the staff is top notch.
Negative: Nothing we don’t like.
Summary: One of our all time favorite stays that we repeat yearly!

Positive: The customer service was excellent and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Compared to a lot of famous luxury hotels out there, I'm really impressed with how great this hotel is. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.
Negative: Sadly the two times we tried to food wasn't great. The first was at the restaurant in the hotel for lunch and the second was for breakfast. We maybe had a unlucky bad experience, but I would suggest going elsewhere for food. Luckily there's a lot of great restaurants in the area.
