Summary: Most comfortable bed, so clean, staff so pleasant and polite, laundry facility and great location near USMC base. Easy access to downtown area, not far from train station. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Great pharmacy next door too.

Summary: I had a great time here the rooms where well priced. 15 minute walk to the train station. Taxis are always reliable and staff was always friendly and willing to help out. Just be sure to that a translation app ready if you don't speak Japanese.

Summary: Room was a little cramped but very comfortable. The bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent but small. It was clean and clean towels were provided every day. The location was excellent, close to MCAS Iwakuni and close to the city center. The provided meals were frozen microwaveable dishes that were tasty but only providing frozen meals was disappointing but you are close to a convenience store and not far from many amazing restaurants.

Summary: We stay at The Yard for 8 nights. Our unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and the office employees were very friendly. We appreciated the frozen “light meals” that were included in our very reasonable room rate. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Our only complaint would be that the completely asphalted property has very poor drainage, so when we had an extremely rainy day our shoes got soaked walking onto the property to access our unit.
