Summary: Staff was good, suite was ho-hum. Lots of road traffic which they address. Floorboards very creaky, beds not great.

Summary: The room was sparkling clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and it was easy to adjust the heat settings. The staff is stellar and the bistro where we ordered breakfast served delicious food. Everything perfect. Thank you!

Summary: Bistro/Bar is phenomenal along with the waitstaff there. Noise outside was a little much at bedtime, but all in all a good experience. Try the CREPES!

Summary: Staff were great! The shower head leaked shooting upwards the ceiling and the mattresses were not the most comfortable.The lighting in the rooms could be better very dim. Dog friendly but not the best place to walk the dogs. Food was great! The room was clean

Summary: Absolutely loved this little boutique hotel! The room was clean and newly updated with really cool fixtures for small spaces! The staff (Eva et al) were so amazing! They made the best crepes and specialty coffees. The information binder in the room was made by the Grand Rapids High School woodworking department---nice touch!! I HIGHLY recommend staying here while in Grand Rapids!
