Summary: The room was sparkling clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and it was easy to adjust the heat settings. The staff is stellar and the bistro where we ordered breakfast served delicious food. Everything perfect. Thank you!

Summary: Bistro/Bar is phenomenal along with the waitstaff there. Noise outside was a little much at bedtime, but all in all a good experience. Try the CREPES!

Summary: Absolutely loved this little boutique hotel! The room was clean and newly updated with really cool fixtures for small spaces! The staff (Eva et al) were so amazing! They made the best crepes and specialty coffees. The information binder in the room was made by the Grand Rapids High School woodworking department---nice touch!! I HIGHLY recommend staying here while in Grand Rapids!

Summary: It’s portrayed as an upscale hotel and one of the more expensive hotels in the area but the conditions are sub par. Earplugs on the nightstand, ac was leaking so the carpet was wet, noisy pipes, very basic room that was double the price of a bigger and nicer place at a lower rated hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and professional.
