Positive: Every staff member was so friendly and the meals especially the sweets were good. Our room is big enough for two, a nice comfortable bed, and a big bathtub..we could have a very relaxing time.

Positive: Fantastic small boutique Inn with a spectacular view of the city. Our room was very large and it was tastefully decorated with a big comfy bed. We have never experienced a half board arrangement before. There was a large buffet that was set up at 15:00 so you could have a little something and a cold beverage on the balcony to relax. Huge selection of items to choose from. We asked if there was any non alcoholic beer and we were told regretfully there wasn't. About an hour later there was a knock on our door and we were given two non alcoholic beers. They had gone out and picked some up for us. That's service. Breakfast is again buffet style with lots of items to choose from.

Negative: The main dinner selection of hot items unfortunately was a little disappointing. There were again lots of things to choose from on the buffet side of things but the hot items were nothing special.

Positive: Excellent food, especially the soups on the snack/dinner buffet were delicious. Nice view in the city and hills with colorful fall trees. Good spot to start hiking directly from the property or short drive to Moravian Karst.

Negative: Only drawback to mention is probably the air heating system which obviously pumps warm air from the restaurant area/kitchen to the rooms, so we always had a food smell in our room and the fan was just below our room (no 4) so we heard it when it was active. However, from an ecological point of view we liked the idea and it was not too annoying.

Summary: Little gem on the hill of Blansko.
