Positive: The hotel has been renewed recently and the rooms are very spacious and nice (we had a triple room). Staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is also rich with both salty and sweet food. We'll be happy to stay here again!
Negative: The room close to the lift is a bit noisier, but that was to be expected.

Positive: Wide room, wide free parking, very nice staff, modern and new furniture.
Negative: Great breakfast to be: when something was over, it was not been replaced. Having arrived after a couple of groups, there was not a lot left, many empty trays.

Positive: The location was convenient for our trip purposes. There was ample and free parking. The reception area was big.
Negative: There was an awful smell in the corridors of our floor. When we informed the staff, they said it's the weather... For a 4-star hotel, it was disappointing in many ways. The beddings were not topnotch, the showerbox was tiny, the towels were not enough, the bathroom toiletries were of low quality, the fridge in the room was empty, the room telephone is old and only half works, the bedside lamp did not turn on, the sliding doors were heavy and hard to open, so on and so forth... Minor inconveniences, but sometimes it's really in the small details. The breakfast buffet was near empty when we arrived for breakfast. The staff did not seem very professional and properly dressed. They also weren't super attentive but were friendly enough. There is a lot of room for improvement in many areas. I've had better experiences in other 4-star hotels. This was actually closer to a 3-star hotel experience.
Summary: Not great but not super bad either. Just okay.
