Positive: Beautiful location on the beach and Orta San Giulio was easily accesible by car. Very friendly staff.

Negative: During our stay they had a birthday party down stairs and the noise was pretty loud. Also if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as the noise from the road just outside of the hotel can be loud.

Positive: A friendly and relaxed atmosphere in this family run hotel with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. The room was bid with a terrace overlooking the lake. The private beach on the lake side was a bonus as we could swim when we wanted to. The dining was great, copious buffet breakfast and menu or a la carte for lunch and dinner. They were very helpful and informative about places to visit nearby.
