Summary: Super friendly staff, beautiful hitel.clean and comfortable. I was a little disappointed with the menu for a quick bite ..but hey the rest was great !!

Summary: Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, no problems with cleanness, conveniently located, overall a good experience. There were 2 small problems though: i) pillows were uncomfortable (2 huge ones and 1 tiny; they gave me another one after I asked but it was still something strange, not a regular one); ii) my room faced the street and I could hear almost every car passing by, it was annoying early in the morning, though to tell the truth it wasn't a busy street.

Summary: We went to visit the Bad Kissingen music festival and this was an ideal place for us, as it was nice and quiet and five minutes away from the venues. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Summary: The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. We very much appreciated the help and assistance of the Spanish young man who ran the front desk. He was exceptionally helpful, and he who could speak several languages fluently including German, English and Spanish.
