Positive: Lovely two storey buildings with greenery and a super pool and bar area. The riverside dining area is so pretty, being able to watch the boats passing by and also see the huge turtles coming alongside for breakfast! The hotel is a ten minute stroll along the river into town where the taxi boats are moored for trips to the beach and pleasure cruises.

Summary: Lovely renovated modern rooms in a super location with very friendly staff.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Riverside. The location close to the river is so nice. And only a short walk from town. The staff are so kind and helpful! Nice pool and good room.

Positive: It was a perfect location on the river and walking distance from town. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely with food and drinks were available all day and evening from the bar. The room was modern, cleaned daily and well air-conditioned.

Negative: The breakfast was fine although not much variation and the breakfast drink section was very limited - no water for example.

Positive: Quiet location on riverside. Great Turkish breakfast. Quiet by the pool ; typically no music. Nice 15 min walk into town. Lovely staff.

Positive: The hotel is located in a perfect location on the riverbank, approx a 10 min walk into town along a flat promenade. The location is without doubt the best thing about the hotel. There is a lovely swimming pool and bar area, but unfortunately the pool temperature was too cold to swim in. The staff were approachable. We had a good breakfast included every morning, which we ate on the riverside restaurant watching the massive local turtles!

Negative: We were very disappointed with our room. It was quite dirty, very basic and in need of full modernisation. The plumbing leaked, the tiles were broken and the room smelt of drains. We tried to change rooms but unfortunately they could not accommodate us. Unfortunately the pool was freezing cold, which was a shame as this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

Summary: Perfect location, nice (but freezing cold) pool /bar, disappointing room.
