Positive: Lovely host, very clean, comfortable. Large room onto garden. Few minutes walk to restaurants.

Negative: Slightly more expensive, but maybe that's the going rate in breskens. Not always someone at the hotel, but never too far away either

Positive: Very pleasant and kind staff/owners. Delicious and very fresh breakfast made for us directly and served personally. Only we found the floor at our room unexpectedly very cold, - due to the Winther season.

Negative: Possibly some Mats on the floors during Winther season as very very cold and I caught a flue due to cold feet.

Summary: Personal and kind service all along.
