Positive: Amazing views! Breakfast was delicious, they offered so many options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they also offered us coffee to welcome us upon arrival.

Negative: Would have been perfect if the spa was fully functioning as we only had one night to enjoy it. However, the staff did their best to open it for us when we requested.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The place is stylish and comfortable, but what truly made the experience outstanding was the staff. Everyone was warm and attentive, and their hospitality created a wonderful atmosphere. A special thank you to Irakli, who was exceptionally kind and polite. He helped with local tips, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The food was super delicious, including amazing traditional Georgian dishes, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommended — mainly because of the incredible people who work here!

Positive: Easily accessible by the bus from Tbilisi. Nice view from the room to the mountains and old georgian church. Great breakfast and nice restaurant for a dinner. But first of all – excellent service and very friendly staff. We got all we need from reception desk and staff recommended us a great ski rental service. Hotel has good ski depot where you can leave all your equipment and clothing to let it dry. It was very warm in the room and the temperature was easily adjustable directly on the heater. There's a transfer twice a day to and from the lifts, but the ski rental service staff was so kind to drop us there by car by request. Rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day.

Negative: Hotel is a bit far from the first lift (about 10 minutes walk, but there's no pavement and it's not easy wearing all the ski equipment). Everything else is just the nitpicks.
