Positive: The gentleman that checked us in and then took care of us when we were there, checking on everyone during breakfast, making sure everyone was happy, was the star! The hotel was spotless and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We'd definitely book again. 😀

Negative: Luckily, only the pillows. They were massive, but had zero structure and very hard to sleep with. They were way too soft and there were no options in the room for smaller, firmer pillows.

Summary: Perfect gem in the heart of the city.

Positive: The owner and staff were excellent. Great breakfast on the old town wall terrace overlooking a lovely park was fantastic. The room and the building throughout show parts of the original medieval walls that add to the character of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: Lovely staff who went the extra mile. The hotel is a beautiful old building situated just off the main square. The breakfast was exceptional with a good range of fruits and cooked eggs to order.

Negative: Just small things. The shower was quite hard to operate as the head holder was down at the bath level. The front door system to the hotel was also not the easiest to use as you needed to call a phone number for it to automatically open.
