Positive: Amazing staff. Professional, courteous, extremely well organised especially the reception. Good breakfast and dinner at their restaurant. Location fantastic.

Negative: Nothing really. Just the decor is a bit outdated but everything else made up for it.

Negative: Beds hard, no iron only laundry service which is no good for 2 night weekend stay. Busy with a conference which hadn't been factored in.
