Positive: The location is fantastic. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is high quality. Staff is smiley. The toiletteries are high quality as well.
Negative: We weren't offered help to bring our luggage upstairs (check in) and downstairs (check out). Since we were celebrating our wedding in Aarhus, we had lots of luggage/bags, etc. Staff behaved as if we were invisible.- something you can take from a 3 star hotel but not from a 5 star one. The dry flowers in the bedroom were stinky and we had to place them outside in the corridor. The bathroom is outdate and the toilet was flushing water all the time, which was noisy and disturbing.

Positive: The location was amazing bring at the heart of downtown Aarhus. Restaurants and shops were at your doorstep. The breakfast room and staff were impeccable and food was high quality.
Negative: The Princess room is small and quite uncomfortable. Unideal for business traveller. Improvements on the following can be made: 1. Increase the size of the drawer so the traveller can hang their clothes. The width was 6 inches and barely had room for blazers and jackets. There were no place to store your clothing. 2. Since you will live out of your luggage, provide a suitcase stand. 3. Toiletries were high end and good quality. However, they don't have any shelves to place the toiletries in the shower. They have it on the outside sink. As such, the user has to bring them in and place them on the floor while showering. 4. No desk or table for work.Room is Ideal for leisure trips. 5. No safe in the room as described. When asked in the front desk, they offered me another room with a wardrobe and safe but will cost me additional 300dkk per night. 6. The side table was small gray squares, definitely not a real table. So, no room.for your water, phone or book to put. 7. Lighting was not central, you had to switch each light, so entering the room late in the evening was hard as your cuddle through the switch of one lamp away from the door. When I gave my feedback, I was told , we'll you booked a small room. In my experience for 5 star hotels which are not far in between, the small details is what makes the experience superb and ab9ve average. And ammeneties is not compromise in any room, big or small. This is a n8ce hotel with friendly staff. However, it's not 5 star based on lack of many simple ammentieis hotel rooms should have.
