Summary: Staff were great, location was really easy, had early check in and free upgrade. The room and hotel overall was lovely however the breakfast was pretty basic for the cost and could definitely be improved. At the weekend, there was very little left when we headed down at 7am, however this wasnt the case on the monday when we were later where staff were continuously replacing low food.

Summary: Room was nicely decorated, quite small not much room around the bed. There was a chair which made it difficult to maneuver around the one side of the bed. Bathroom clean & nice toiletries. Room was hot a/c didn’t seem to work. Bar & Bistro areas were lovely. Location great for walking around the city or getting to the station.

Summary: All the staff were warm, pleasant and efficient. We had an issue with a noisy neighbour room and it was dealt with immediately, and with a follow-up. A Nespresso coffee maker was offered and delivered to the room when we saw those pods in the housekeeping trolley. Breakfast was good, usual fare for a 4 star hotel, and many options.
