Positive: Location, size of the room, friendly receptionist, bathrobes
Negative: They didn’t have any hair conditioner, which was surprising. Given that the hotel operates under the Rubinstein name, I expect them to provide a little more in terms of skin/hair care products. Also, the pillow was extremely uncomfortable.

Positive: This is a charming hotel in a wonderful location. Breakfast was outstanding and I also enjoyed eating at the restaurant. The Sky Bar had amazing views. Everyone on the staff was helpful. Loved the robe.

Positive: Breakfast was good, the room and bathroom were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The Sky Bar was superb offering fantastic views of the city.
Negative: The air conditioning didn't seem to work all the time. We got up on our last morning and got into the shower ... no water! We tried to use the phone in the room to ring reception but the line was dead. We used our mobile phone to call reception and were told that there was a problem throughout the whole hotel but that it would be sorted within around 30 minutes. Thankfully it was. Fortunately, we'd got a late checkout. Had it been early then we wouldn't have been able to shower. Having said that, we'd still return to this hotel.

Positive: Bed was comfortable, staff were lovely and helpful ie air conditioning was not working but fix that day. Staff helpfull and booked our excursions without any hassle very smooth. Room was really nice with bath. There was drying at the time but that didn't effect us as we were outpost of the day and finished when we returned .
Negative: Fridge didn't work and was a bit smelly.
Summary: Defiantly go back if I visit Poland and that area again. Loved our stay staff super friendly

Negative: We were not informed but there were renovations going on in the day and we had jet lag but were unable to sleep due to drilling , no extra pillows in the room , personally found the twin beds very small and didn’t sleep well

Positive: Location was great. Our room was lovely and had a great view. We loved our bath too!
Negative: We were woken up on 2 mornings by loud banging and scraping on the roof above us. The roof top bar was closed for refurb so we assume that was the noise that we were woken up by.
