Summary: The staff were really helpful and the property is in great condition. We stayed in the suite and it was so lovely and had so much character. The breakfast in the morning was a smaller selection but everything was of high-quality. Only a very small thing at the end of our stay was that the checkout is at 11 am instead of 12 which is listed on Hotels.com and also their internal in-house documents.

Summary: My only complaint (and it is a very small one) is that there were only 2 spare plug sockets and we had to move the beds to get to them Otherwise a lovely second stay

Summary: The property is perfectly located in a historic building and square that is lively with people. Beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Peaceful sleep. Only annoyances were a loose toilet seat, and a clogged bathroom vent fan, which was ineffective as a result. Why don’t hotels regularly check these kinds of things? Also, to get into the hotel you must run a gauntlet of restaurants and their touts, including one for this hotel, who try to get you to eat there.
