Positive: The hotel is exceptional in every way. The location is excellent, whether you are travelling on foot or need public transportation. The neighbourhood where the hotel is located is beautiful, with many shops and small restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is extremely clean, the rooms are lovely, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The reception staff are incredibly kind and always open to answering any questions. They are very helpful, and they truly make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. In the afternoon, guests can enjoy coffee and cakes, and whenever you need anything else, the staff go above and beyond to accommodate you. Highly recommended. I would definitely choose the same hotel again when visiting Berlin.

Summary: Highly recommended. Absolutely exceptional in every way.

Positive: Very well situated near restaurants in Berlin’s classic gayborhood. Room was spartan but clean.

Negative: The room was spartan—more like an empty dorm room. Which is fine. But, the room I had was right next to the stairs—and it got loud!

Summary: Met my needs. But next time I’ll probably pay more for some comforts.

Positive: The location was close to the beating heart of Berlin. Either 25 minutes by train or about 15 on a rentable bike or scooter. The room was comfy, very clean and serviced daily. I didn’t take the breakfast option and there were many supermarkets and coffee shops and restaurants close by. My room was exceptionally quiet towards the back of the hotel.

Negative: The beds for a single occupant are indeed a single bed in a room. Comfy but small. The room has a fan but no aircon.

Summary: Easy access from the main rail, close to the Tiergarten, super friendly and helpful.
