Summary: The breakfast was lovely, fantastic view from the bar and it was very clean and safe. Walking distance from the big shopping Center Carefour.. highly recommended, we had a lovely room 110, which we loved as it with a courtyard and we could relaxed after the busy day sightseeing.

Summary: 2nd time staying here, perfect hotel, clean, quiet, beautiful room, comfortable bed, good food especially Friday special cous cous was delicious just like homemade and Moroccan dessert was also delicious. One negative: not a good experience at the spa- the steam room didn’t work properly, which is the whole point of hammam- you need to spend time in the hot steam room before the scrub for the best results. And when I tried to tell that to the attendant- she wouldn’t even listen and denied that anything was wrong with the steam! That was really upsetting!!!

Summary: Absolutely stunning hotel. Gorgeous view of the Medina. The rooftop bar is stunning and food was good. Staff were helpful-especially Chaimae and Zouhair who organized a last minute tour for us. Thank you!

Summary: Beautiful property but not well maintained. The carpet was stained badly and the bathtub glass had mold growing along the gaskets. With that being said, services were exceptional, staff were extremely friendly, and the property itself is so stunning. I would still return despite the questionable hygiene in hopes that management takes my review into consideration and makes the necessary improvements.

Summary: The hotel entrance is lovely but that’s where it ends Very unorganized, couldn’t get massage or hamam, didn’t get our breakfast for early morning departure, overpriced for 5 minute shuttle to train station and would have to ask or remind front desk over and over for same questions Pool was freezing , pool furniture was broken
