Positive: Clean, spacious and very comfortable. We booked for 3 and ended up staying 5 nights. Friendly staff and plenty of room for the whole family. Highly recommend.
Negative: Nothing - best stay in Japan. Breakfast options could have been more substantial (it's pastries, coffee & yoghurt) however incredible value for space, quality & level of service.

Positive: Amazing hotel to stay! Super clean and the room space was huge. Great location to stay if you have plans to go Universal Studios theme park. Enjoyed the bathtub especially in winter. Convenience store & railway station around the corner. Will definitely pick this hotel again in the future.

Positive: Everything about the property was perfect. Location right near the attractions we were visiting. Perfect distance from a train station for easy transportation access. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The amenities were outstanding. Everything about our stay was perfect and I really do wish we would have stayed longer. Will be booking Hotel Sails for all future travel plans.
