Summary: Clean and comfortable Seaview room. Room and hotel in general could use a bit of upgrading; I felt we traveled back to the early 70's, but in very good condition. Breakfast buffet is good and plentiful. We also had an excellent dinner at the restaurant.

Summary: This place has a very good location, right on the promenade with a great view over the water. The room was a bit tired, I needed to 'fix' the shower so that it stayed up. We were also locked out on the balcony one night and needed to call down to a passer by to help us to notify the reception to let us back in. The response from the management was not reassuring that this would not happen again - so beware of this. Ok breakfast. Best was to be able to quickly walk down to the water for swimming in the morning. Also very good parking in the area.

Summary: Very nice hotel great staff. However on the 1st floor on the side of the building which seems to be a speed ramp for cars very noisy. No aircon in room or fan, bar underneath lots of noise so hard to sleep.
