Positive: Location amazing, views wonderful, upper restaurant delicious and great views. Beds very comfy, loved separate toilet from shower, great coffee and treats in the room.
Negative: Need a work out room. No one told us they had beach towels which would have been very welcome. Staff in restaurant really jumpy and panicked about reservations but many never showed up and there seemed to be plenty of space so much concern over nothing. More inside bar tables could be added as there is a lot of empty floor space. Bar service side should be back of bar, not front as front should be filled with bar stools which makes it more lively and increases revenue.

Positive: The room and the entire hotel in general was very nice and fancy, with good facilities and comfortable rooms.
Negative: While the location is great as it is central, that also means that at night you hear everything in terms of what is going on at the restaurants and bars around. On Saturday night, we could not fall asleep until 1 am because there was a party at the bar near the hotel - Felt like the singer was in our room! Definitely would not recommend if you have kids. Additionally, while the room was very nice, it smelled moldy.
Summary: Beautiful hotel, yet very loud during the evenings as it is close to bars - Might need earbuds

Positive: Location excellent. Use of courtesy room before leaving. Excellent breakfast on top floor, fabulous views.
Negative: Room too small. Open hanging rail and no cupboards either, just open shelves. Clean and dirty clothes all on display. No outdoor space. Reception staff were not very friendly.
Summary: Disappointed. Some of the staff were good, particularly at breakfast and bar. Others lacked warmth.
